High Productivity
- Conventionally, DoFeed was used only for Roughing and scooping the material from the mold and an indexable blade type endmill is used for semi-finishing process. In this case,DoFeed wiper insert provided high productivity and good surface roughness for mold facemilling, which eliminated semi finishing process.
