AddDoFeed – Die – AH8015
IMPROVED PRODUCTIVITY & TOOL LIFE
AddDoFeed negative inserts provided stronger cutting edges, allowing secure process at a 1.5 times increase feed rate without cutting edge fracture. Furthermore, AH8015 provided the insert with slow wear progression during the machining of hardened steel. This increased tool life per edge double, and since ADF insert offered double number of cutting edges over the competitor, insert tool life rose by 3.5 times.
