TungMeister – Socket – AH715
IMPROVED PRODUCTIVITY AND TOOL LIFE
For chamfering the edges of picture frames, a single-blade chamfer cutter was traditionally used. The conventional product encountered issues such as inconsistent chamfer width and burr formation.
Tungaloy proposed the VCA head of TungMeister to address these challenges. The six-blade VCA head, with its sharp cutting edges, suppressed burr formation. As a result, it improved processing efficiency by 2.4 times and achieved a 1.3 times longer lifespan.
