In internal turning of valve components, customer requested cost reduction. Testing our Mini Force Turn of doubled-sided positive inserts revealed that it achieved the same tool life as competitor’s ISO inserts, doubled the number of corners, and successfully reduced costs! Furthermore, TS breaker improved chip control and evacuation.
