Low cutting force
- Conventionally, inserts with 4mm width machined a groove in 3 passes because chattering occurred in machining by inserts with 5mm width in one pass. EasyMultiCut’s insert with 5mm width prevented chattering when the feed rate was 0.13(mm/rev). As a result, productivity was increased by 2.6 times and chip control was improved.
