MillQuadFeed15 – Base frame – Flat Top Inserts
IMPROVED PRODUCTIVITY
The current tool was mainly used for roughing with a high-feed cutter, but frequent edge chipping led to high insert consumption and productivity issues. To address this, the MillQuadFeed flat-top insert with excellent chipping resistance was proposed. As a result, machining efficiency improved by 1.6 times compared to the previous tool, achieving more stable tool life and increased productivity.
