DoTwistBall – Stamping die – AH8015
IMPROVED PRODUCTIVITY
The customer wanted to improve the productivity in order to shorten processing time. However, the competitor's cutter could not improve the productivity because the cutter had only 3 pockets.
On the other hand, DoTwistBall had 5 pockets, improving productivity as 2.5 times of the competitor. In addition, in spite of cutting edge with small radius, DoTwistBall showed same tool life (2 hours) as the competitor.
