IMPROVED TOOLLIFE and PRODUCTIVITY
The customer was machining aluminum machine parts using competitor's DLC-coated grade, but our customers requested extended tool life and improved machining efficiency.
Testing our latest DLC-coated grade, DS2005, revealed a 1.4 times longer tool life compared to the competitor's product. Furthermore, machining efficiency was increased by 2.5 times. DS2005 offers superior wear resistance and welding resistance, providing a stable and longer tool life.
