ISO-EcoTurn – Machine Part – T515
IMPROVED PRODUCTIVITY & COST PER EDGE
Better tool life and cost per edge T515, a CVD grade for cast alloy turning, showed high wear resistance when machining GG25. As the result, the customer achieved 1.1 times longer and stable tool life and 1.5 times better productivity. In addition, ISO-EcoTurn CNMG090408E-type insert with four effective cutting edges provided the customer with better cost efficiency, when compared with CCMW060204 positive insert with only two cutting edges.
