DS2000-Valve spool-DS2005
IMPROVED SURFACE QUALITY
Aluminum valve spools were being machined using competitor's DLC coating garde, but the surface condition was not good, and an improvement was requested.
Testing the latest DLC coating grade, DS2005, revealed that it achieved an extremely superior surface condition from the initial stages of machining to the final result.
DS2005 has excellent wear resistance and welding resistance, enabling a superior surface condition compared to the competitor's products.
