Cost reduction and longer tool life
Chip control was a major issue when operating an automated production line in this customer.
We proposed using FNMG to improve chip control and reduce costs.
As a result, chip control was significantly improved and a tool life twice as long was achieved. Furthermore, the use of ISO-Eco Turn achieved cost reduction.
