-Exhaust manifold is difficult to clamp rigidly in the fixture due to its shape, and the material used for this highly demanding part is also very difficult to machine. Cutting geometries, need to withstand the impact forces and at the same time should impart very low cutting forces on the component to achieve best cutting results.
Dopent with its sharper and optimized geometry, with a 70deg approach angle is able to machine the component with higher productivity and also achieve better surface roughness.
