IMPROVED TOOL LIFE
Tungaloy’s AddMultiTurn all-directional turning solution allowed a single insert to perform both the front- and back- turning processes. This enabled wider areas of the insert cutting edge to be used during machining and slowed down the wear rate when compared with the conventional front turning method. As a result, AddMultiTurn have achieved 4.8 times longer tool life.
