TurnTenFeed – Secondary pulley shaft – T9225
IMPROVED PRODUCTIVITY & TOOL LIFE
TurnTenFeed has completed the process with just a single pass. Feed rate could also be improved from 0.25 to 0.4 mm/rev. As a result, 4 times longer tool life per edge and 3.2 times higher productivity were achieved. Since TurnTenFeed offered 10 edges per insert, instead of 6 of the ISO insert, Tool life eventually increased by 6.7 times per insert.
