AddForceCut – Piston Ring – AH7025
IMPROVED TOOL LIFE
A combination of AddForceCut and AH7025 grade insert provided machining stability, while also eliminating edge chipping. These were achieved by tool rigidity provided by the secure insert clamping design and long tool life enabled by the insert grade developed specifically for grooving applications. As the result, 1.3 times tool life increase was achieved.
