DoRec – Base Part for Robot – AH120
IMPROVED PRODUCTIVITY
DoRec with helical interpolation method was used, instead of shoulder milling. DoRec provided strong cutting edges, allowing increased feed per tooth and cutting speed with no edge fracture. As the result, 44% productivity boost was achieved. Also, reduced tool cost was possible through replacing solid carbide end mill with cost-efficient indexable tool.
