IMPROVE PRODUCTIVTY AND TOOL LIFE

The existing solid carbide drill exhibited poor productivity and tool life when drilling pre-hardened materials. Drilling was unstable due to the long overhang of 8×D, and poor surface finish was an issue.
The ADDMeisterDrill 8×D with "DMC" head demonstrated stable drilling performance. Its unique coolant hole design delivers a higher volume of coolant, resulting in improved surface finish. The PVD coating grade "AH9130" shown better cutting edge wear resintace.
