Cermet-Bush-NS9530
Improved tool life and high efficiency
Previously, a competitor's CVD grade was used for lightly interrupted finishing, but unstable tool life due to sudden breakage was a problem.
Tests of the PS breaker and NS9530 combination resulted in a 1.5 times longer and more stable tool life.
NS9530 achieved more stable machining than the competitor's CVD grade, even in lightly interrupted finishing, and further produced superior surface finishes, resulting in a 1.5 times longer tool life.
NS9530 successfully replacing from the competitor's CVD grade.
