Improved tool life and high efficiency
The customer in small parts machining requested improvements in machining efficiency and tool life.
Increasing the cutting speed by 15% and testing the combination of a PSF breaker and GT9530, we achieved a stable 1.25 times longer tool life. GT9530 demonstrated excellent wear resistance, resulting in a successful replacing from competitor's CVD grades.
