Cost reduction and longer tool life
The Customer requested improved tool life and cost reduction in internal turning.
After testing the combination of ISO-Eco Turn and T9215, we achieved a 1.5 times longer tool life with no chattering or other issues. Furthermore, the use of ISO-Eco Turn achieved cost reduction.
ISO-Eco Turn is an effective solution for reducing costs in internal turning.
