TriFine – SUS304 Billet – AH725
Achieve Faster Machining and Lower Costs with TriFine Technology
TriFine technology with AH725 grade cut SUS304 billet machining time by about 50%.
By switching from a conventional brazed BTA head to TriFine technology with AH725 grade. Although higher feed rates were possible, adjustments were made without increasing the feed due to customer preferences and aging equipment. This solution delivers significant productivity improvements and cost savings without requiring major capital investment.
NDL chip breaker kept chips short with low cutting conditions.
