Countering the competitor’s 2.0 mm-wide parting insert, Tungaloy provided DuoJust-Cut 0.8 mm-wide parting insert with pressed-in 3D chipbreaker. As the result, stable chip control was achieved without impairing tool life. Furthermore, monthly bar stock usage has decreased by 6%.
