AddForceCut – Rod – AH7025
IMPROVED PRODUCTIVITY & TOOL LIFE
A combination of AddForceCut and AH7025 grade insert provided machining stability even when cutting conditions are increased by 70%. Also, edge chipping was eliminated when separating the part from the bar stock thanks to the tool rigidity provided by the secure insert clamping design. As the result, 1.3 times tool life increase was achieved.
