IMPROVED TOOL LIFE
BXA20 coated-CBN grade provided the insert with a good balance of wear and fracture resistance, while H style edge prep (S01835) enhanced the insert’s fracture resistance. As a result, edge fracture was eliminated during interrupted cuts, and 3 times longer tool life was achieved.
