TungMeister –Shaft for construction machine – AH725
IMPROVED PRODUCTIVITY AND TOOL LIFE
The Shaft for construction machines required frequent tool replacements when using high-speed steel (HSS) tools, with a lifespan of 100 shafts x 4 holes.
By introducing TungMeister, the lifespan dramatically improved to 600 shafts x 4 holes.
Additionally, tool change time was significantly reduced from 150 seconds with HSS to just 30 seconds with TungMeister.
These advancements resulted in a 1.3-times increase in machining efficiency, making TungMeister the optimal solution.
