T500 series-Brake Disk-T515
STABLE TOOLLIFE
T515 was tested at customer who was using Ceramic insert to machine the internal diameter of brake disc. Ceramic grade was causing problems due to sudden breakage.
T515 was capable of machining up to 80 units per corner. Futhermore, insert damage was minimal, and stable machining was possible without any abnormal damage such as breakage or chipping.
In this machining, T515 demonstrated superior performance compared to Ceramic grade and other competitors’ grade.
