Cost reduction and longer tool life
The customer had a major problem with short tool life when rough machining titanium alloys. The customer requested an improvement in insert tool life and cost reduction.
After testing the combination of ISO-Eco Turn and AH8015, we achieved approximately twice the tool life. Furthermore, the use of ISO-Eco Turn achieved cost reduction.
