With the 650 grade, reducing spindle speed from 6600 RPM to 5000 RPM and increasing the depth of cut from 1.0 mm to 2.5 mm led to a noticeable improvement in chip control, and tool life was extended by 1.7 times.
These adjustments eliminated the chip removal issue and improved overall machining efficiency.
