By using SX7, the cutting speed (SFM) and spindle speed (RPM) have approximately doubled, enabling significantly faster machining. Furthermore, the feed per tooth (IPT) and feed rate (IPM) have increased by about four times, resulting in a substantial improvement in cutting efficiency and overall productivity.
As a result, machining time has been reduced and tool utilization efficiency has been enhanced, contributing to improved overall production performance.
