Due to the tight hole diameter tolerance and external coolant supply machining, competitors’ tools experienced random occurrences of hole diameter reduction caused by wear and enlargement caused by built-up edge. The ReamMeister, with its excellent wear and welding resistance, achieved 2.5 times longer tool life than the conventional tool.
